Founding Business Development Representative
Virtual Vocations Inc
To help build the outbound sales motion, the full-time Founding Business Development Representative will create qualified sales pipelines through outbound prospecting, working directly with the founders and sales team in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Prospect target accounts through various channels and identify key decision-makers Create and qualify new sales opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records Collaborate with the sales team to enhance targeting, messaging, and outbound strategies Required qualifications Desire to build a career in B2B software sales Experience in high-volume outbound sales or BDR/SDR roles is a plus Comfort with cold calling and engaging with business owners and executives Strong organizational skills and discipline in follow-up Motivation by performance and a desire for increased responsibility
