How You Can Make a Difference

• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every traveler.
• Accurately take prepare package and deliver food and beverage orders according to brand standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale system while accurately handling cash credit card and mobile transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings ingredients and promotions to assist guests and answer questions regarding dietary restrictions and food allergens.
• Prepare food items according to approved recipes portion guidelines and presentation standards.
• Follow production schedules prep lists and operational procedures to ensure product quality and availability throughout service.
• Maintain clean stocked and organized workstations service areas storage rooms and dining areas.
• Practice and uphold all food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels restock supplies as needed and notify management of product shortages or equipment concerns.
• Assist with receiving stocking rotating dating and storing food and beverage products to ensure freshness and quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and ensure efficient service during peak travel periods.
• Maintain a positive attitude while adapting to changing business demands in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Follow all brand standards related to operational excellence product quality cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement.
