Registered Nurses will assist in delivering high-quality care to mothers and newborns. Experience in managing both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies is essential. RNs will perform assessments, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. The position requires participation in a variety of procedures, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Clinical competencies such as neonatal resuscitation and administration of medications are crucial. Flexibility to work weekends and on-call shifts is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration. This role supports a family-centered approach to patient care. RNs should be adept in using electronic health record systems. The position involves adherence to policies and protocols to ensure patient safety and care quality.
