Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Contract Talent Advisor will own fullcycle recruiting for Sales roles and act as a strategic hiring partner to Sales leaders through the Director level. This individual will translate hiring needs into clear recruiting strategies, advise on market conditions and tradeoffs, and ensure deliveryof highquality candidates in a fastpaced environment. While supported by dedicated sourcing partners, this role requires the ability to proactively source when needed and independently manage multiple priorities. The Talent Advisor will also support interview coordination, offer discussions, and system tracking within Oracle HCM, maintaining compliance throughout the process. • Own endtoend recruiting for Sales roles • Partner with hiring managers on role definition and hiring priorities • Screen and assess candidates against defined sales competencies • Collaborate with sourcing partners to maintain pipeline health • Proactively source when needed • Provide market insights and hiring guidance to stakeholders • Support interviews, offers, and preemployment steps Maintain accurate records in Oracle HCM We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
