Required Qualifications

MD or DO with residency training completed (per Order notes)

Active unrestricted Tennessee medical license (per Order notes)

DEA with Tennessee address and schedules noted in the Order (per Order notes)

Board certification required. Emergency Medicine board certification listed, with alternate boards noted in the Order (per Order notes)

If not board certified in Emergency Medicine, certain certifications are required as listed in the Order (per Order notes)

Credentialing and Onboarding
