Desktop Support Tech II: SSO, VPN & IT Service Expert

Dallas Independent School District seeks a Technician II, Desktop Support SW to provide frontline technical assistance to staff and students across campuses. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage user access, and assist with district software and VPN clients. You will document incidents, develop knowledge base articles, and collaborate with IT teams to meet SLAs.
