Remote What are the hours for this position? Need someone that can stay until at least 5:30, possibly 6 pm most days How many people are on the team? 9 Associates and 3 contractors How does this team/department support Edward Jones? The team supports the accessibility of the security reference data by ensuring security is set up, and data is accurate for other business areas to use for trading, trade confirm generation, etc For example, if a new bond comes to market, our team is responsible for setting up the new bond Why is this position open? Replacement Will the worker require equipment, VDI, or both? Equipment Required What will the interview process be for this position? One round with myself and someone on the team, two if decision cannot be reached. What does success look like in this role? Required: 3–6 years of experience in the financial services industry. Must have a background in data validation and reconciliation. Basic knowledge of investment securities is required. This role involves continuous communication throughout the day to ensure adequate team coverage for all functions. The candidate should be a proactive communicator. What are the educational requirements of the position? A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
