Legacy Career Solutions is seeking a fully bilingual Spanish/English Office Assistant for an immediate temporary to hire opportunity with a professional organization located in Downtown Los Angeles (free parking) .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, strong team culture, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Assignment Details:
• Temporary to Hire assignment 

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Onsite in Downtown Los Angeles
• Free parking provided
• Business casual environment
• $25.00- $26.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:
• Answering and managing high-volume incoming phone calls
• Providing exceptional customer service and front-office support
• Translating between Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Data entry and document management
• Filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records
• Supporting general office operations and administrative tasks
• Assisting with internal team support and occasional travel coordination
• Handling confidential information with professionalism

What We Are Looking For:
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English ( read, write, and speak fluently )
• 2+ years of administrative, office assistant, receptionist, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and professional phone presence
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced office environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel preferred)
• Reliable transportation for daily onsite work
