We are seeking a Fashion Brand Shipping & E-Commerce Associate to become an integral part of our team. This position supports our day-to-day e-commerce operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, inventory, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment . Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process, pack, and ship daily e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and record incoming merchandise and customer returns.
• Process orders and assist with inventory management through Shopify.
• Maintain accurate shipping, return, and inventory records.
• Assist customers with shipping, order, return, and exchange inquiries via email and phone.
• Communicate professionally with customers using polished grammar and strong written English.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with the e-commerce team.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient shipping and stock area.
• Perform additional e-commerce and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software quickly.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or a similar product-driven environment strongly preferred.
• E-commerce experience required; Shopify experience strongly preferred.
• Experience processing online orders, returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
• Experience with shipping, inventory management, SKUs, styles, sizes, and colors.
• Ability to pick, verify, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by email and phone.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing hands-on shipping responsibilities with customer service and e-commerce operations.

I’d recommend “Fashion Brand Shipping & E-Commerce Associate” rather than simply “Shipping Associate,” since the position clearly includes Shopify, customer service, returns, and broader e-commerce responsibilities.
