Fellowship Program Director for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility

The Obstetrician-Gynecologist Institute (OGI) at the Cleveland Clinic is recruiting a Fellowship Program Director for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Candidates must be fellowship-trained, board-certified and have 5 years of post-fellowship clinical experience. Duties include overseeing an established REI fellowship program, further developing the fellows' educational curriculum and working to maintain the fellowship program's accreditation. Faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. The position duties include patient care in a busy infertility and reproductive endocrinololgy practice with protected time provided for the fellowship program director role. Additional leadership growth opportunities are also available. The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.
