Accounts Payable Clerk - Cape Coral, FL


Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Fridays until 4:00 PM
Location: Cape Coral, FL


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team in Cape Coral. This position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a structured office environment and can handle a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and related accounting transactions
• Enter and maintain financial information accurately
• Assist with accounts payable and general accounting functions
• Reconcile information and help identify and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team
• Answer incoming calls and assist with general office needs
• Assist with various accounting projects and daily tasks as needed
• Help ensure financial information is processed accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
