We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team in Cape Coral. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team in Cape Coral. Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and related accounting transactions
- Enter and maintain financial information accurately
- Assist with accounts payable and general accounting functions
- Reconcile information and help identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general office needs
- Assist with various accounting projects and daily tasks as needed
- Help ensure financial information is processed accurately and in a timely manner
- 5+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
