Quickbooks Bookkeeper

Job Description

The QuickBooks Bookkeeper position is an opportunity to work with a dynamic small, well-established 35+year concierge firm providing legal services to a select number of highly successful, long-term clients. Top-tier candidates must possess personal integrity, respect for client's & law-firm's confidential/proprietary information; have a strong work ethic; commitment to excellence; ability to generate and maintain well-organized, detailed digital records and companion "hard-copy" archive files; complete tasks on-time and with limited supervision. This position plays a key role in producing accurate financial records & reports using QuickBooks software in conjunction with Excel and Word. Expanding long-term career opportunities exist. The frequency and relative level of Remote and In-Office work are variable and intended to optimize the preferences of the individual and law firm.

** Responsibilities **

Record daily financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks
Daily entry of attorney and paralegal billable time
Create for Review and Processing Client invoices,
Characterize and Track Law Firm's financial status
Data entry to create A/R and A/P financial records
Prepare, Post & Reconcile Client & Vendor Statements

** Preferred Qualifications **

At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks
High School Diploma or equivalent
Optimistic Personality, "Quick Study" & Well-Mannered
