About This Role United Health Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Educator to join the Binghamton General Hospital Emergency Department team. This dynamic leadership role involves collaborating with nursing leadership to develop and deliver educational programs for ED staff. Highlights Pay: $44.77 - $67.15 per hour, depending on experience Location: Binghamton, NY Facility: Binghamton General Hospital Department/Unit: Emergency Department Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Collaborate with unit coordinators and nurse managers to develop orientation programs. Deliver continuing education and competency assessments for ED staff. Identify educational needs and design specialty-focused training programs. Support evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes. Mentor and develop staff to ensure high-quality emergency care.
