Infectious Disease Physician

Position Overview
Bring your expertise to help grow an existing hospital-based 100% infectious diseases consultative practice at United Health Service (UHS).


This position will include providing inpatient and outpatient consults and follow up in the specialty of infectious disease at two hospitals- Wilson and Binghamton General Hospital (UHS) and teaching of resident and student while on service and will also have time set aside to include work related to antimicrobial stewardship. You will be joining an already established group of three physicians and three APPs. This is an exceptional opportunity with a strong potential for growth.


Must be board certified/eligible.
Must have completed an ACGME accredited residency program.

Annual Compensation Range:
$278,823 - $348,600

UHS Medical Group is a progressive multi-specialty group with a large primary care base, consisting of 540+ providers providing care in over 30 medical and surgical specialties in multiple locations. The group is affiliated with United Health Services Hospitals, the regional leader in Healthcare. There is a strong market presence in the region and an excellent referral base.


There are opportunities for teaching residents and medical students from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, as well as the ability to participate in clinical research. Competitive starting salary, excellent benefits and malpractice insurance provided.


Salary Range: $361,794 - $485,617 Annually plus quality and production bonuses
