We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care at our Community Hospital South location: 1402 E County Line Road, Indianapolis, IN 46227. Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well established cardiology team in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking a highly motivated advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred.
