What You'll Be DoingAs our Assistant Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Assistant General Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Supporting the team in maintaining high standards for food quality and presentation.
- Helping to manage inventory, monitor supplies, and reduce waste.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Leading by example to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
We’re searching for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a collaborative spirit to the kitchen. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A team-player mindset with excellent communication skills.
