IT Support Specialist

Job Description Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a fast-paced professional services environment. This individual will be responsible for resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues, managing ServiceNow tickets, supporting new hire onboarding, configuring and deploying laptops, and providing deskside support. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach to supporting users. This is a fully onsite role based in Century City and offers overtime eligibility with additional earning potential. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience. • Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support. • Experience with hardware deployment, laptop imaging, and device configuration. • Experience troubleshooting software and end-user technical issues. • Experience working within a ticketing environment and managing support queues. • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support end users in a professional environment. • Experience with password resets, user onboarding, and general desktop support. • Experience supporting Windows-based environments. • Prior law firm or legal industry experience. • Experience supporting MacOS devices.
