Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated mid-level to senior associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group on the Environmental Team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in handling complex environmental regulatory and litigation matters. Responsibilities Handle complex environmental regulatory and litigation matters. Navigate state and federal administrative agencies and court systems. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Represent clients in courtroom settings, including motion hearings. Requirements 5-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in relevant fields. Strong background in regulatory and litigation matters. Experience with administrative law and agency proceedings. Demonstrated experience with environmental law and regulatory matters. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar in Colorado or eligibility for admission. Skills Outstanding legal research and writing skills. Ability to interpret and apply complex statutory and regulatory frameworks. Strong courtroom and client representation skills.
