Lead a Team of Amazing Physical Therapists as the Clinic Director We are seeking an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist with an accredited PT program degree to lead our clinic and ensure exceptional patient care in Denver, CO. You will inspire a team of dedicated therapists, connect with patients on a personal level, and drive continuous professional growth for both yourself and your staff. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Physical Therapists, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment. Deliver high‑quality patient care, consistently exceeding expectations and maintaining the clinic’s reputation for best‑in‑class service. Develop and implement program protocols that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Build strong relationships with patients and team members, ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace. Participate in mentorship, residency, or leadership development opportunities to drive personal and team excellence. Collaborate with regional leadership to align clinic goals with broader organizational strategies. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid license in Colorado. Graduate of an accredited PT program. Demonstrated interest in professional growth and team leadership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
