Personal Injury Paralegal

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing personal injury law firm in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity offering flexibility while working closely with attorneys and clients.

• Manage a full caseload from intake through settlement or trial, serving as a key point of contact for clients
• Conduct initial client intake, gather case details, and maintain consistent communication throughout the life of the case
• Order and review medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documentation
• Draft and send letters of representation, spoliation letters, and records requests
• Handle pre-litigation case development, including demand package preparation and settlement negotiations support
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions
• Coordinate with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys with litigation strategy, deposition preparation, and trial support
• Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case progression to ensure timely movement of files
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files and documentation
• 2+ years of experience in a personal injury legal environment
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, insurance claims, and case development
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
