Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient shipping, inventory accuracy, and a clean, organized work environment. This position manages outbound shipments, maintains inventory integrity, coordinates with internal and international teams, and ensures warehouse operations support customer and business needs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the daily packing and shipping of outbound products to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor and clear the outbound SAP shipping list each day to maintain accurate order processing. Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy. Conduct routine inventory counts of service parts and ensure stock levels are accurate and properly documented. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational efficiency. Support other warehouse and logistics functions as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred. Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail required. Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to pass a background check and drug testing. Must be able to safely handle firearms and follow all applicable laws and safety procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
