You're in the room. You're running the discovery process. You're writing the brief that actually gets filed — not the third draft no one reads. This isn't a one-off backfill, either. The group is intentionally adding at the junior level and building out its bench. What you bring: 2-4 years of civil or commercial litigation experience Real written discovery and briefing reps — you can run a discovery process and draft a motion, not just cite-check one A clerkship is a strong plus California bar (or eligibility to sit/waive in) You don't need a marquee firm pedigree.
