Accounting Director – Global Manufacturer We’re working with a global leader in food and beverage technology to hire an Accounting Director for North America. This high-impact role offers the chance to lead a large regional team while collaborating with global counterparts to drive standardization, transformation, and sustainable innovation. Why this role? Lead and develop a team of ~20 accounting professionals across multiple locations Play a key role in global integration, transformation, and automation initiatives Partner with senior leadership to deliver insights on performance, risk, and strategic planning Hybrid schedule with moderate travel (10–20% quarterly) Opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a company focused on sustainability and the future of food Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for North America entities Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal policies Lead integration of legacy businesses into a shared services model (CoE) Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation in accounting processes Provide strategic financial insights to senior leaders and support special projects Qualifications: 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 7 years in management Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance Experience leading large accounting teams across multiple sites Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Ability to travel 10–20% quarterly under a hybrid work model #J-18808-Ljbffr
