General Responsibilities:

General responsibilities include greeting guests, working with Mindbody Online to book appointments and reschedule appointments and check out guests as needed.. Retail experience and customer service background is preferred but we offer extensive training on site. Light housekeeping and laundry support are also necessary as the Front Desk is the center of all customer service and Spa needs, this will involve stairs so the position does require the ability to maneuver these areas. Providing excellent customer service and accuracy in handling details and money are also essential to this position. Some sales experience preferred.
