Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your Schedule:

• Contract position with variable shifts based on facility needs

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• ARDMS certification (or eligibility) in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or relevant specialty areas
• Proficient in performing and documenting general ultrasound exams
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and patient safety standards
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience as a sonographer in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality general ultrasound imaging following physician orders
• Explain procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout each exam
• Analyze images for diagnostic quality and assist physicians with imaging needs
• Maintain accurate records and document all procedures appropriately
• Prepare, clean, and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting any technical concerns
• Adhere to all infection control, privacy, and safety regulations
