QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of restaurant management experience. Full-service restaurant experience required; casual fine dining experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead busy shifts while maintaining high service standards. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations. REQUIREMENTS Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on management style. Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team. Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high hospitality standards. Manage labor, scheduling, and daily financial performance. Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability and respect. Ability to lead and manage busy dinner services while maintaining a strong presence on the floor.
