The Senior Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for senior-level executive positions, including Vice Presidents and above, within the organization. This role involves developing and executing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing and attracting top executive talent, and ensuring seamless and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive recruitment, a deep understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of successfully placing senior executives in high-impact roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and define executive role requirements.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging industry contacts, to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified executive candidates.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Lead the interview process, including initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and reference checks.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for recruitment initiatives.
• Utilize strong influencing skills to advocate for the best candidates and align stakeholders on hiring decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or disagreements that may arise during the recruitment process, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruitment, with a focus on senior-level positions.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing senior executives in high-impact roles.
• Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and candidates.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

At Worldwide Clinical Trials, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace by providing transparent compensation. The salary range for this position is annually:

United States of America - $113,000.00 - $225,000.00

The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process, and we encourage candidates to inquire about compensation at any stage.
