Vice President of International Marketing Restaurants

We are looking for an accomplished Vice President of International Marketing to lead global marketing strategy for a multi-brand restaurant organization. This is an executive leadership opportunity for a marketing leader with deep experience in international restaurant growth, franchise marketing, QSR or fast casual brands, and multi-market consumer strategy. The Vice President of International Marketing will help drive brand growth, franchisee alignment, marketing execution, and business performance across established and emerging global markets. This role is hybrid in Atlanta, with 4 days per week in office, and includes approximately 30% international travel. What You'll Do Lead international marketing strategy across multiple restaurant brands and global markets Partner with executive leadership, brand leaders, regional teams, and franchise stakeholders to align marketing priorities with growth objectives Drive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, restaurant traffic, revenue growth, franchise performance, and market share Build strong relationships with international franchisees and regional business partners Influence franchise stakeholders and support alignment around brand standards, marketing execution, and growth initiatives Support international expansion, new restaurant openings, market development, and local market activation Balance global brand consistency with culturally relevant local marketing strategies Lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, advertising, CRM, loyalty, media, consumer engagement, and promotional campaigns Use consumer insights, competitive intelligence, market research, and performance data to shape growth strategies Collaborate with culinary, operations, finance, brand, and franchise teams on menu innovation, product launches, and market-specific campaigns Oversee international creative, media, digital, and agency relationships Establish metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, return on investment, customer engagement, and business impact Manage significant marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated strategically across markets Lead, mentor, and develop international marketing teams Create a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and measurable performance Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on international brand growth, franchise marketing, and market opportunities What We're Looking For 15 or more years of progressive marketing leadership experience Executive-level international marketing experience required QSR, fast casual, casual dining, restaurant, food and beverage, or closely related consumer brand experience required Franchise brand experience required Strong experience working directly with franchisees and influencing marketing execution across independently operated markets Proven success developing international marketing strategies that drive sales, traffic, brand awareness, and franchise growth Experience leading marketing across multiple countries, regions, cultures, or global markets Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, media planning, consumer insights, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns Experience managing external agencies, cross-functional teams, and multi-market marketing initiatives Financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets Strong executive presence, communication skills, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management ability Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, 4 days per week in office Ability to travel internationally approximately 30% Preferred Background International QSR experience Fast casual or casual dining restaurant group experienceMulti-brand restaurant platform experience Global franchise organization experience International food and beverage brand experience MBA preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field required Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $230,000 Annual executive performance bonus opportunity of 20% to 40% Long-term incentive opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO Hybrid schedule, 4 days per week in office Executive leadership role with global visibility Opportunity to influence international growth across a multi-brand restaurant portfolio Why This Role Stands Out This is a high-impact executive marketing opportunity for a leader who understands global restaurant growth, franchise partnerships, and international brand development.
