Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate the patient's trauma history and establish appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and execute tailored treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience building, and coping mechanisms.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group settings.

• Support clients through the therapeutic process by facilitating discussions on coping strategies, healing, and personal growth.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and assistance for patients facing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping strategies, empowering them to navigate their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in professional development activities, including team meetings and case consultations, to continually refine your skills in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals experiencing psychological distress due to trauma, including those affected by PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. By aligning your therapeutic approach with each patient's unique experiences, you will play an instrumental role in their healing journey, helping them navigate their emotions and regain control over their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
