Operations Lead | Digital Systems & AI Operations

Role Description

As our Operations Lead, you'll oversee operational strategy, systems improvement, documentation, delivery frameworks, AI implementation, workflow optimization, reporting, governance, and cross-functional execution.

You'll partner closely with executive leadership while supporting every department across the organization. This is an AI-first operational leadership role. You'll actively leverage AI to improve operational efficiency, documentation, reporting, planning, communication, and business performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.
• Strong experience designing and improving operational systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning capability.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your operational leadership experience, AI capability, strategic thinking, and overall alignment with the role.
