Keep reading!Position OverviewPhil is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacy Warehouse Technician to help support the closed door prescription drug wholesale operation at our Columbus, OH warehouse location. This role will focus on managing day to day inventory tasks, packing sales orders quickly, accurately and with efficiency while also ensuring we meet regulatory compliance at a state and Federal level. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of Phil and our Patients.Location Requirements:This position is ONSITE at our Columbus, OH location.Working hours: 8:30AM-5PM M-F We will also consider Part-time availability.40hrs a week with no overtimeResponsibilitiesManaging day to day inventory tasksOrdering and receiving drugs from manufacturersMaintaining adequate stock levels for drugs packaging, and office suppliesEnsuring proper temperature and humidity controls for drug storageProcessing purchase orders, invoices, and credits to and from vendorsPacking sales orders quickly and efficiently with accuracy in mindCompleting all tasks with consideration for regulatory compliance at the state and federal levelBuilding strong relationships using spoken and written communication with vendors, customers, couriers and colleaguesAssisting with partner ordersAssisting our California teams remotely with orders, invoices, credits, etc.QualificationsAble to adapt to mid-level software programsGeneral pharmacy knowledge is a plus but not requiredPrior MS Office, Google Suite knowledge a huge plusStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenCan repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day with little to no assistanceAble to work in a fast paced environmentDetail oriented, accuracy drivenAble to work independentlyOhio Pharmacy Technician License (Preferred but not required)PTCB License (Preferred but not required)BenefitsGround floor opportunity with one of the fastest-growing startups in health-techCompetitive compensation (commensurate with experience)Phil Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
