Pediatric Occupational Therapist
NeuroBloom Therapy Collective
Neurobloom Therapy Collective is a mobile therapy practice serving families throughout the Greater Seattle Area. We are a small, growing team committed to providing individualized, neurodiversity-affirming care. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is excited to join us as we grow our practice and expand access to meaningful services.
We welcome clinicians who want to bring their own interests and expertise to Neurobloom and help develop services and community partnerships that go beyond traditional models of therapy and reflect the needs of the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, including clinical assessment, interpretation of findings, and written evaluation reports.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide occupational therapy services based on each client’s strengths, needs, goals, and priorities.
- Provide therapy in clients’ homes and community settings, supporting participation in meaningful daily activities and routines.
- Partner with clients and caregivers through education, coaching, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Support clients in developing skills related to participation in daily living, sensory processing, regulation, motor development, executive functioning, play, school participation, and other areas of occupation as appropriate.
- Use a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach that respects each client’s autonomy, communication, identity, and individual ways of engaging with the world.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in a client’s care to promote consistency and carryover across environments.
- Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation, including evaluations and treatment notes.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Manage an individual caseload, including scheduling and coordinating appointments with families.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and collaborating providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, including partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and nonprofit organizations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education related to occupational therapy, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and areas of clinical interest.
- Contribute to the continued development of Neurobloom’s clinical programs, community partnerships, and services as the practice grows.

Compensation
Neurobloom uses a flexible fee-for-service compensation model designed to give therapists meaningful control over their caseload, schedule, and overall workload.
- Therapists may choose to maintain a smaller or larger caseload based on their preferred workload, schedule, and professional goals. A larger caseload provides the opportunity for greater annual earnings, while a smaller caseload allows for a reduced workload and greater flexibility.
- Neurobloom maintains a sliding-scale budget to increase access to services for families who may not be able to afford our standard rates. Therapists may choose to offer services at a reduced rate through this program while still receiving their standard compensation for the session.
