General Office Clerk 1
Provides basic clerical and administrative support to maintain organized and efficient office operations. Primary focus includes document scanning, filing, and uploading records into SharePoint, along with general office support tasks.
- Scan, file, and organize documents (physical and digital via SharePoint)
- Perform basic data entry in spreadsheets, databases, and systems
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Photocopying, scanning, and document management support
- Greet visitors and assist with front desk duties
- Answer and route phone calls appropriately
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support office supply ordering and inventory tracking
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, SharePoint preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic data entry and administrative support skills
- Good communication and professional behavior
- Ability to work fully on-site
- Organization and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior office/clerical experience is a plus
