NOW HIRING – Precast Patcher / Cleaner

Pay: $18-$22
Schedule: Monday – Saturday
⏰ Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⚠️ Overtime Required

We are looking for a dependable Precast Patcher/Cleaner to join our team! This position is responsible for repairing, detailing, and cleaning precast concrete products before they are staged in the yard or shipped out.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Patch surface imperfections (chips, voids, honeycombing, bug holes, form marks)
✔️ Grind, smooth, and match concrete textures and finishes
✔️ Mix patch materials and apply finishes properly
✔️ Clean products using grinders, wire brushes, air tools, and pressure washers
✔️ Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in concrete finishing, patching, or construction
✅ Ability to use hand and power tools safely
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in various weather
✅ Reliable with strong teamwork skills

Estamos buscando un Reparador/Limpiador de Concreto Prefabricado responsable y confiable para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición es responsable de reparar, detallar y limpiar productos de concreto prefabricado antes de ser almacenados en el patio o enviados al cliente.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:
✔️ Reparar imperfecciones en la superficie (golpes, huecos, nidos de grava, poros, marcas de moldes)
✔️ Esmerilar, alisar y emparejar texturas y acabados del concreto
✔️ Preparar y mezclar materiales de reparación y aplicar acabados correctamente
✔️ Limpiar productos usando esmeriles, cepillos de alambre, herramientas de aire y hidrolavadoras
✔️ Inspeccionar los productos para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad
✔️ Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y segura

Requisitos:
✅ Experiencia en acabado de concreto, reparación o construcción
✅ Capacidad para usar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera segura
✅ Gran atención al detalle
✅ Comodidad para trabajar en interiores y exteriores bajo diferentes condiciones climáticas
✅ Persona confiable, responsable y con buen trabajo en equipo
