We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a contract position based in Dallas, Texas. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming environment while ensuring communications are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a busy phone system in a part-time setting.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and direct them appropriately while maintaining a courteous and welcoming front office presence.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, routing messages and inquiries to the correct departments or team members.
• Handle high-volume inbound phone traffic with accuracy, strong attention to detail, and efficiency.
• Maintain the reception area so it remains orderly, presentable, and ready for visitors throughout the day.
• Provide general administrative support such as taking messages, relaying information, and assisting with routine office tasks.
• Coordinate front desk activities efficiently in a part-time schedule while ensuring consistent service and responsiveness.• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with confidence and accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented telephone manner.
• Comfortable managing multiple inbound calls while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a part-time contract position.
• Basic administrative and clerical skills, including message handling and general office support.
