LA- Senior Employment Litigation Associate

Position Title: LA– Senior Employment Litigation Associate Take the lead on sophisticated employment litigation with a nationally recognized labor and employment firm. About: We are seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Associate to handle complex California employment matters, with meaningful responsibility from case strategy through resolution. You’ll manage litigation matters independently, draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions, handle discovery and depositions, appear at hearings, and play a significant role in mediations and other high-stakes proceedings. This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator who wants more than a supporting role — you’ll work directly with clients, collaborate with multiple partners, and have the autonomy to shape your matters while benefiting from the resources and support of a leading national firm.
