In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community. Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for a federal government contract. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex programs and multiple interconnected projects. Develop and implement staffing plans and provide strategic guidance to project/task teams. Coordinate with task leads to ensure timely completion of SOW deliverables. Monitor program performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare and present program status reports and briefings to government stakeholders. Manage performance evaluation and change management activities. Ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution across all program teams. Serve as the senior contractor representative and primary liaison to the COR. Required Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in senior leadership roles. Current PMP certification or demonstrated project management experience. Proven experience managing complex contracts and interconnected projects. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliverables, schedules, and program risks. Clearance: Required Active TS/SCI security clearance Pay Range- $165K/yr- $175K/yr+ Benefits(Compensation and employment offer are negotiable and will be finalized based on the candidate’s relevant experience and interview assessment.)
