Elektrotechniker (w/m/d) Technischer Support und Remote‑Service für Papierverarbeitungsmaschinen

Einsatzort: Lengerich | Vertragsart: Feste Anstellung

Der Einsatz ist Abteilungsübergreifendes Projektmanagement und Kundenkontakt, einschließlich eigenständiger Remote‑Services sowie gelegentlicher Vor-Ort‑Dienstleistungen.

Erstkontakt für alle elektrotechnischen Kundenanfragen zu Verpackungsmaschinen.
Bearbeitung von Service‑Tickets und Koordination mit internen Abteilungen.
Durchführung eigenständig Remote‑Services, z. B. Fehleranalyse, Parameterprüfung, Softwareanpassungen.
Erste Fehlersuche bei Kunden vor Ort und gegebenenfalls Übernahme von Vor-Ort‑Einsätzen.
Aktive Mitarbeit in serviceübergreifenden Projekten, Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Automatisierung und Mechanik.
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich (z. B. Elektroniker, Mechatroniker); idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister.
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere in Elektrotechnik und Verfahrenstechnik.
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal und Sinamics‑Antriebstechnik.
Selbstständiges, analytisches und zuverlässiges Arbeiten; lernbereit und offen für Weiterentwicklung.
Gute Englischkenntnisse, Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Auslandsreisen, sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office.
