Job Title: eServices Management Analyst 2
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Primarily Remote, occasional onsite days required)
Job Description:
The Arizona Department of Revenue (AZDOR) is seeking an eServices Management Analyst 2 to support Taxpayer Services operations through business analysis, quality assurance testing, technical support, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, conduct QA testing, troubleshoot system issues, develop recommendations for operational improvements, and support eServices applications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business and management analysis of eServices programs and processes.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing and develop test plans.
- Analyze system performance and recommend process improvements.
- Provide technical support and helpdesk assistance to internal users.
- Create reports, surveys, findings, and recommendations for management.
- Work with SQL databases, XML technologies, and Azure DevOps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of management analysis experience.
- Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Strong SQL experience using MS SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience with XML (Altova XMLSpy preferred).
- Ability to analyze complex business and technical problems and develop solutions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Tax Administration or tax-related services.
- Azure DevOps experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
