YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT FOR THIS POSITION. IT REQUIRES A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 11 PRO OR A MAC OS 13 OR HIGHER

ASSOCIATES DEGREE OR BACHELOR DEGREE REQUIRED

MONDAY - FRIDAY - IN OFFICE - 10AM-6PM

SATURDAY OVERTIME $27/HR - REMOTE - 10AM-4PM

PAY RATE: $18/HR, OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree required
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills and email communication skills

Description

-Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.

-Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options.

-Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.

-Log information into Access Database

-Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
