VICE PRESIDENT OF LOGISTICS

Executive Leadership & Equity Participation Opportunity

Sprinter One and Master Craft a divisions of Pacific Corp.is seeking an accomplished logistics executive to join our leadership team as Vice President of Logistics

and take overall responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of our logistics operations.

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous leadership experience at FedEx, UPS, DHL , or another major

transportation, parcel, freight, distribution, or last-mile logistics organization.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a traditional corporate VP position. Sprinter One is looking for an entrepreneurial logistics executive who

wants to become an integral part of the company, work directly with its leadership, and help build a scalable logistics

platform from the ground up.

The Vice President of Logistics will have the opportunity to influence the company's operational strategy, logistics

infrastructure, technology, partnerships, and future expansion. The position includes an equity participation

opportunity , aligning the executive's long-term interests with the growth and success of Sprinter One.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and lead Sprinter One's overall logistics strategy and operations

• Design scalable transportation, distribution, delivery, and last-mile systems

• Establish operational procedures, standards, controls, and performance metrics

• Develop carrier, transportation, vendor, and strategic logistics relationships

• Optimize routing, capacity utilization, delivery performance, service quality, and operating costs

• Identify opportunities for logistics automation and technology integration

• Recruit, organize, and lead the logistics team as the company expands

• Develop KPIs for cost, efficiency, delivery performance, capacity, and customer service

• Work directly with executive leadership on expansion and growth strategy

• Build the operational infrastructure necessary to support regional and national growth

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Significant logistics, transportation, distribution, or last-mile delivery experience

• Leadership experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or a comparable major logistics organization strongly preferred

• Demonstrated experience managing or scaling complex logistics operations

• Strong understanding of transportation networks, routing, fleet operations, distribution, fulfillment, and delivery

economics

• Experience developing teams, systems, processes, and performance standards

• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities

• The ability to operate strategically while remaining closely involved with execution

• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a high-growth company

EQUITY PARTICIPATION Sprinter One is looking for more than an employee. We are seeking a senior executive who wants to participate in

The compensation structure will include an equity participation component , with the specific structure determined

based on the successful candidate's experience, responsibilities, commitment, and long-term contribution to the

company.
