Position Summar

y:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) to join our Sleep Disorder Medical Group. The ideal candidate will conduct, monitor, analyze, and score sleep studies while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and diagnostic accuracy. This role requires expertise in polysomnography, CPAP/BiPAP titrations, sleep study scoring, and compliance with industry standard

s.Key Responsibiliti

• esPerform and oversee comprehensive polysomnographic studies (PSGs) for patients with sleep disorder
• s.Conduct and monitor CPAP and BiPAP titration studies to determine optimal therapeutic setting
• s.Troubleshoot challenging data acquisition issues and provide technical guidance to sleep technicians as neede
• d.Score and interpret sleep recordings in accordance with established Sleep Center Guidelines and AASM standard
• s.Identify and document sleep stages, respiratory events, limb movements, cardiac rhythms, and other physiological parameter
• s.Generate detailed reports and performance summaries for physician review and interpretatio
• n.Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, study results, and technical finding
• s.Maintain equipment functionality, calibration, and quality assurance procedure
• s.Adhere to BRPT Standards of Conduct, departmental policies, and regulatory requirement
• s.Provide exceptional patient care while educating patients on sleep study procedures and treatment option

s.Required Qualificatio

• nsHigh School Diploma or GED require
• d.Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) is require
• d.Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS) certification require
• d.Demonstrated ability to score sleep studies according to Sleep Center Guideline
• s.Strong knowledge of polysomnography, sleep disorders, and sleep study interpretatio
• n.Experience performing CPAP and BiPAP titration studie
• s.Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skill
• s.Strong communication and interpersonal skill

s.Preferred Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree with coursework in a scientific or healthcare-related fiel
• d.Previous experience in a hospital, sleep center, or clinical sleep medicine environmen
