Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of families and individuals to identify their mental health needs.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, utilizing a blend of individual and group therapy approaches.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans that address specific issues such as grief and loss, communication difficulties, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance relationship dynamics and individual mental health.
\n
• Keeping thorough and accurate documentation of clients' progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support, ensuring comprehensive treatment modalities.

• Participating in continuous professional development initiatives to enhance your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with families experiencing a range of challenges, such as grief, separation and divorce, communication barriers, and numerous relational conflicts. By specializing in family systems therapy, you will provide your clients with the tools to heal and improve their relationships with one another.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating a commitment to and proficiency in family and marriage therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in evaluating and treating clients with complex family dynamics.
\n
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and an ability to engage clients through virtual platforms.

• Experience working with specific issues including blended family challenges, substance abuse, and trauma is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, our benefits include:
