Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel Develop and conduct regular in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing department Monitor and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences and quarterly quality management meetings Manage the care planning process Requirements Current RN license required Experience in Long-Term Care settings 2 years of management experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Evidence of basic leadership and supervision skills Ability to work flexible hours If you are a motivated and compassionate RN with a passion for exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
