Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Jacksonville, FL with flexibility for remote work. As a Promotions Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and management of promotional events and activities, focusing on boosting brand presence, revenue growth, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales promotions, coordinating experiential marketing campaigns, managing client and customer relationships, and analyzing market research to optimize promotional efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event operations and alignment with business goals. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Promotion experience, with the ability to drive brand growth and execute revenue-generating campaigns. Excellent Communication and Marketing skills for managing client interactions and promoting events effectively. Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize promotional strategies. Experience with event planning, vendor coordination, and customer engagement in the hospitality or beverage industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including occasional in-office or on-site presence in Jacksonville, FL.
