Accounts Payable Manager

A rapidly growing, multi-location organization is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to help build and transform a newly established shared services finance function. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, implementing best practices, and helping scale accounting operations during a period of significant growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Accounts Payable leadership experience, expertise with Yardi ERP, and a proven track record of process improvement in a complex, multi-entity environment. This individual will play a key role in enhancing AP operations, supporting a major ERP optimization initiative, improving internal controls, documenting standard operating procedures, and partnering with both domestic and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations in a shared services environment Drive process improvements, internal controls, and workflow efficiencies Support Yardi optimization and AP system enhancements Clean and maintain vendor master data while resolving payment discrepancies Develop SOPs and help onboard and support outsourced AP resources Partner with Accounting and Operations to ensure timely month-end close and audit support Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable leadership experience Strong Yardi ERP experience required; implementation or conversion experience highly preferred Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity organizations Proven success improving AP processes and internal controls Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills This is an excellent opportunity to join an organization investing heavily in its finance infrastructure, where you'll have the ability to make a lasting impact while helping build a best-in-class shared services operation from the ground up. #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergy Search
