Enhance financial resilience and contribute to long-term organizational growth.Job DescriptionOverviewLead strategic financial planning and analysis for a dynamic organization, driving impactful decision-making and operational excellence.Develop and refine advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives.Collaborate with senior leadership to provide actionable insights and enhance organizational strategies.Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with industry standards.Enhance financial infrastructure and controls to optimize efficiency and transparency.Support capital structure optimization through strategic refinancing and capital market initiatives.Engage in scenario planning and stress testing to evaluate financial resilience and opportunities.Contribute to organizational growth by aligning financial strategies with long-term objectives.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to support organizational goals.Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including cash flow projections and debt schedules.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to executives and stakeholders with actionable recommendations.Monitor and manage credit facilities, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and operational needs.Collaborate with external advisors and lenders to meet reporting and financing requirements effectively.Analyze liquidity and cash flow to support strategic initiatives and operational requirements.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with organizational strategies.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking; 8 years preferred.Proficiency in financial modeling, including three-statement models and debt schedules, is essential.Experience with asset-backed lending or structured credit is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement mechanics is required.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.Self-motivated professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
