Machine Operator - PM Shift

Purpose This role manages various production activities such as assembly, material forming or shaping, processing, treating, and packaging to ensure production excellence and to meet established specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, and quality objectives. Key Missions Works on routine tasks or follows standard procedures Ensures completion of all work within service‑level agreements Operates and maintains production equipment through first‑line diagnostics and compliance with operating procedures Contributes actively to the business performance of production Highlights opportunities for improvement and participates in process improvement teams Supports production integration into the flow (quality control, raw material preparation, supply management, etc.) and to machine operation Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation Allocates jobs on machines based on the production training matrix Communicates with Team Lead and Supervisor regarding current production capabilities status Prioritizes different jobs (customers) Performs all required checks for each process performed on the floor Reconciles quantity based on job throughput throughout each process Ensures proper transfer of product depending on the process performed Ensures correct follow‑up on specific quality monitoring procedures Performs any other tasks or duties assigned by the team leader or supervisor Profile & Other Information Managerial responsibilities: No management Education or equivalent work experience: No minimum education Minimum necessary experience: Less than 2 years of relevant experience Geographical Scope: Local EHS Standards and Responsibilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand with frequent walking, bending, and reaching during a 12‑hour shift Manual dexterity required for handling small components and tools Ability to visually inspect products and read labels or screens Must wear required PPE, including steel‑toe shoes, safety glasses, and gloves in designated areas; adheres to all site safety policies, procedures, and machine‑specific safety protocols Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workstation following 5S and housekeeping standards to prevent slips, trips, and ergonomic risks Demonstrates a “Stop Work” mindset when unsafe conditions exist #J-18808-Ljbffr IDEMIA Group
