Garden Center Associate

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Garden Center Associate for our Estero, FL retail center. This position will be responsible for cashier duties, receiving deliveries of plant material, and customer service in our retail garden center.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!Responsibilities:Use of cash register and credit card machineAnswer phonesLoading and unloading plants, supplies, and sod deliveriesAssist supervisors in daily activities for the garden centerProfessionally interact with customers at our retail garden centerPerforming miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedAssist in ordering materials, scheduling, and production for enhancementsQualifications:Knowledge of plantsLandscaping and retail sales experience highly desiredFlexibility to work SaturdaysStrong customer service skillsBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plusMust be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside and inside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.About UsJuniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
