This role pays $22.70/ hour with $1.50 2nd shift diff

Hours are M-TH 2:30p-1a (overtime based on business needs)

• Ability to Visually Inspect Axle Tubes
• Ability to Complete Minor Machine Repair
• Ability to Trouble Shoot Machining Centers
• Ability to Meet Production Goals
• Ability to Use Lock Out Tag Out correctly
• Gauge all Axle Tubes — Follow Work Instructions i.e., Hard Gauges, Micrometers, Calipers etc.
• Ability to Properly Package Axle Tube into Shipping Container
• Change Tools
• Computer Skills
• Pinch Points — Keep Hands, Fingers and Body out of Pinch Points 
• Ability to Complete Quality / Panel Checks as Directed
• Wear Proper PPE and Wear it Correctly
• All Other Duties as Assigned

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Communication: With Leader /Quality Control / Maintenance/Process Coordinator
• Problem Solving: Quality Concerns/ Equipment Clean
• Lock Out / Tag Out MUST be always followed
• Basic Math Skills
• Work Requires Substantial Judgement & Minor Problem Solving
• HMI SCREENS
• JENOPTIK GAUGING
• CNC Mill and Lathe Experience
• Basic G & M Codes
• Understand Quality Concepts of Machining
• Offset Changes / Coordinate XYZ Planes
• CMM experience
• Follow and Understand Work Instructions
• Work Well with Others & Unsupervised
• Maintain Good Attendance
